First of all it’s an l hr & 30 mins & secondly its unique combination of then both .
Through my 30 years of experience & training in the bodywork field it’s the “ Crème de La Crème “ of experiences
It’s deep & thorough including, precise verbal descriptions ( at times using blocks & bands) of your internal body workings to achieve optimum understanding & results .
Usually starting with Somatic’s in order to activate the mind/ body link ( via the Vagus
Nerve ) followed by alignment correction to connect the relevant neural pathways to activate and lengthen them first .

As a wellness coach, I support women in finding balance, ease and a deeper sense of connection through movement, breath and body
awareness.
My approach brings together yoga, pilates, somatics and nervous-system support in a way that feels warm, spacious and personal - because every woman's body and story is completely unique.
This is a place for gentle, supportive practice and grounded understanding. A place to explore how you move, how you feel, and what your body may be asking for, so you can grow stronger, softer and more present in your daily life.
